1 cup cherry tomatoes - diced
8 fresh basil leaves - finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic - peeled
80 ml of olive oil
Salt - to taste
Crushed pepper - to taste
In a large bowl, mix tomatoes and basil. Add salt and crushed pepper to taste and gently mix. Cover and let sit to allow tomatoes to soak in seasoning.

We always have room for more volunteers and are currently looking to add to our close-knit family. Whether it be working in the garden, selling our beautiful produce, or working in Doris's Kitchen, you can help contribute to the preservation of one of the Blackstone Valley's historic gems.
