B. Food of Milford, Massachusetts, a wife and husband team (Helene and Daniel), have been attending the Daniels Farmstead Farmers Market for a few years now. They are passionate about creating fresh artisan breads and baked goods using mainly local and responsibly grown ingredients, including organic flours.
The vision of B. Food is to bring fresh, simple and natural food to your table. Daniel has studied and trained in the US, UK and France; resulting in an exquisite and irresistible menu of breads and baked goods including Viennoiseries, Tartes, Pies, as well as delicious Deli items, such as quiches and Pizza's.
B. Food is located in Milford, at 396 E. Main Street (Inside Hickey’s). Hours of operation are Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:00am to 3:00pm and Sunday 7:00am to 1:00pm. The menu changes daily and it is a good idea to call ahead to enquire on menu of the day or follow them on Facebook to see the daily ‘’Today’s goodies!’’ video.
During the Farmers Market Season, preorders are also available.
