August 29 - Daniels Farmstead Farmer's Market

Such a beautiful weather day forecasted for this Sunday, August 29th, with temperatures in the mid 70's. A perfect day to visit us at the Daniels Farmstead for the Sunday Farmers Market 11:00am to 2:00pm.


This Sunday's Market Vendors include:


Oakdale Farms featuring a large assortment of fresh garden vegetables, including delicious tender fresh corn!


Meadowbrook Orchard featuring fresh picked seasonal fruit including berries, pies and fresh eggs.


The Fudge Lady with a large assortment of tasty fudges.


Melissa's Backyard Garden with organic baby potatoes, garlic and fresh eggs.


BV Cats - Cat placements as well as homemade cat blankets, scarves, toys & jewelry.


Mandie C's Sweetery - a fantastic assortment of delicious cookies, all handmade with the finest ingredients.


Wagontails - homemade and delicious dog biscuits.


Stone Meadow with hand grown produce.


From the Daniels Farmstead organic garden lettuce, beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, green beans, basil, chives, mint, rosemary, thyme, flowers including sunflowers, and honey.


Enjoy live music from noon to 2pm with Allison Clemons.


Doris's Kitchen will be open 11:30 to 2:00, serving up grilled franks, Angus beef burgers, veggie burgers, Italian Sausage with peppers & onion, chips, plus an absolutely delicious assortment of fresh baked goods.


Don't miss our season raffle donated by Charlene Cournoyer-Lussier. A lovely caned sewing rocking chair. 1 Ticket - $2.00; 3 Tickets - $5; and 10 Tickets - $10. Drawing taking place at our final Sunday Market on October 3rd. Proceeds benefit the Daniels Farmstead.


House tours available this Sunday; donations are appreciated.


Parking is located across the street from the Daniels Farmstead.


Daniels Farmstead Foundation’s continuance relies heavily on our amazing volunteers, members, and donors. We always have room for more volunteers and are currently looking to add to our close-knit family. Whether it be working in the garden, selling our beautiful produce, or working in Doris’s Kitchen you can help contribute to the preservation of one of the Blackstone Valley’s historic gems.
